Join us for an empowering and informative workshop designed for women 35 and older, where we break the silence, dispel myths, and offer practical tools to help you thrive through every stage of hormonal transition.

Led by:

Steph Shimkus, owner of Blossom Whole Wellness, a women’s wellness studio in Spokane, WA, specializes in working with women over 35.  She has spent 25 years in the wellness industry as a strength coach and massage therapist for special operations commands of the Air Force, Army’s Special Forces, as well as ultramarathoners, volleyball players, triathletes, and everyday folks.  She holds a Master’s of Science degree in Women’s Hormone Health as well as certifications as a personal trainer, ICF ACC health coach, group fitness instructor, CrossFit coach, nutrition and menopause support coach, and licensed orthopedic massage therapist, and is formerly a professional athlete.  This experience and education has helped her to develop and utilize a unique and specialized approach to assisting women in the menopause transition to radically change their lives.

At her studio, she has women-only personal training, fitness classes, menopause workshops and a menopause support group, nutrition coaching, and orthopedic massage therapy. 

Steph is a wife, mother, military spouse, athlete, dog and cat lover, crazy plant lady, trail runner and weight lifter.
